in my forum when everyone post me reply one image which i am loaded anywhere but not get in setting apears everyone when reply this image apperas but i dont get how to remove that image please help me!!!!!!!!

Go to admin panel -> Styles -> Defined avatars

You have probably set an "basic" avatar in Admin section - Styles - Defined Avatar. If you want to get rid of it, just delete the http address and click on "Define as default avatar".
