7 Days of No Links Issue

I had a member just join and post a video without having first underwent 7 days of membership. I double-checked my admin panel to make sure the security option was still active and it was. 

How is this possible, and how do I fix it? I don't want spambots posting links before we have the time to scrub them out.

To fix that issue please go to:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. General Tab
3. Security (on the left, under Forum)
4. Select 'Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails : No'
