Webmail Problem

I purchased a domain a couple weeks ago, and recently read that I could have 2 webmail accounts now. I went to the home page of webmail to log in, and it said that my password was wrong, but I know it was the right one. Is there something I have to do to activate the webmail first? Thanks.

Admin panel/misc/mailbox administration then set up the email address you would like.
You actually get 10 webmail addresses.
