Totally unacceptable response from Forumition and topic locked

I am extremely dissatisfied with the way that I have been treated on this (supposedly) support forum on my topic "Is there any moderation of adverts ?".

You have just told me that my forum is not a Forumotion forum and I have to contact https://www.phpbb.com/ for support, then closed the topic so that I cannot respond.

This is complete rubbish.

At www.forumotion.co.uk, I created a forum and the following page was displayed: https://www.forumotion.com/create-forum/phpbb3
The next step was: https://www.forumotion.com/create-forum/make-free-message-board/phpbb3
After completing this, I had my forum which, by the way, had a large "forumotion" logo in the top banner.

As you can see from these pages, Forumotion is clearly displayed, It is really ridiculous for you to suggest that I do not have a Forumotion forum.

So, what you are telling me is that, although I signed-up with Forumotion and my forum's URL is hyperparathyroid.forumotion.co.uk, you are refusing to provide any support ?

What kind of organisation is this that I am dealing with?

Which is yours ?

We sincerely apologise for the mistake that was made. The only URL provided in the previous topic was made in this post: https://help.forumotion.com/t132098-is-there-any-moderation-of-adverts#886812

I can see the mistake that was made. My colleague mistook that URL to be your forum which was in fact a completely different forum. It was an oversight made for which I would like to apologise once again on their behalf.

Your forum is: http://hyperparathyroid.forumotion.co.uk/
...which is definitely a Forumotion forum. Therefore, we can most certainly provide support for you. I will be glad to re-open your previous topic and we can continue in there.

So, once again, apologies for the inconvenience caused. It was a genuine mistake.
