Admin abilities on the board.

You know when you have to assign a Moderator to a board for them to have abilities for that board... moving a post, editing, etc.... Admin has that ability standard, right? Admin would not have to be added as a Moderator on each forum, correct?

You want to assing a moderator ?

You can change him personals permissions if he's the only one. If he isn't the only one, you can make a group. After, you rename the group, you change permissions, and add members in.

administratrs have the same ability as a moderatpr and more.
