Actually the part that confuses me is "Heading concerning". I would think it would be either...

Headings concerning
Titles concerning
Threads concerning

In regards to the last sentence "All questions related to these are to be posted in here." is correct.

However, I understand what Uber was trying to say, about it being moved in here. Because the forum is locked, therefore no one can post in there. It has to be moved there, after being posted in another location.

So with that being the case, it would be good to say. "All questions related to these will be moved in here."

My opinion anyway.

if it hasnt been changed i am sure its because there are far more important things going on at the moment, with new updates, dont worry i am sure when there is time, someone will sort it.
