Like I saw on another forum they could put other stuff than:

Age:
Location:
ect.
Like what goes under your avatar... blackeye

To answer to your question :

You can change them in Admin Panel > General Admin > Configuration > Avatars & Profiles (tab at the top) > you change the libels' names.

yeah, it's all there, you can also choose several to be obliged to fill in or not, but that's up to you to choose
