Access to Founder Tools

I have just been reading the information on backups and tried to access the founder tools.

Whey I try to login, I get the message:  The login and the password you specified are wrong.

I need some help, because I have tried using the forum URL, my e-mail address and my password, but always get this message.

The forum: hyperparathyroid.forumotion.co.uk was created by me and I am the only admin, so I assume that this means I am the founder - or not?

In order to log into the utilities, you have to use the founding credentials i.e. the password you used when you first created the forum alongside your creation email or the forum address.

If you read my post, this is exactly what I was trying and it did not work.
