Menu Box

Hi,
The slide menu on the forum or the navigation, can someone tell me how to make it slide to the side, coz now its muving with the forum on the side but would like it to be hidden and only appear when you drag the mouse on it.I have seen some forums with it like this one, http://darkfx.darkbb.com/

Okay found the name of the menu its called "omni slid menu and got the HTML for it but dont know how to do this, can some one help please.
