Greek language problem

Hello my forum is this

and i have a problem because it is ment to be in greek but when i put greek text it doesnt seem right and i always each time i need to do encoding ( if i want to read anything greek really each time) specially with firefox.

Plus the titles of the forums seem normal in greek but it is impossible to write a post title in greek it turns immediatelly in 926$978#.... the letters with both browsers.
I cannot write in greeklish its isn not concidered serious here in greece and the forum is a scientific forum.

but i thought this cannot be rectified unless you change the default language or board language? The default language of my forum is English, if I type in Chinese, the Chinese would become a string of numbers & signs too. But, this only happen in the subject header. I also wish this problem can be solved. Thnaks!

off course with all those numbers even in the post i noticed it refuses to post in greek sayiong The posted message is too big.

I dont have that in my profile

But i have another problem now i putted greek as main language and also as my profile language but when the english and french get in even when they choose french and english as a profile chooice language they see nubers where greek are.. please help
