how do i sticky topics?
Ive searched for hours but i cannot figure it out What the fuck ?!?

You need to either edit the first post of a topic or to create a new topic.After you add all the informations(Topic title, message) scroll down bellow the page until you find the Options section. Then click on the "+" icon that I highlighted in the picture and then choose either Normal, Sticky or Announcement".
