change the name of some of my headers

is it possible to change the name of some of my headers but they are not pictures its just links viewed as text, like my header is called "portal" and i want to call it "Index" and another header is called "Index" and i want to call it "Forums"

I'm sorry but that can't be done
in admin panel -> general -> nav links you can only edit the names of your custom links

but if you use the images only button , you can make images representing index and forums and give them the needed links. otherwise it can't be done
