Footer text mis-aligned

Recently I noticed the link text on the footer in my forum/portal is above the bar it should be in. I thought nothing of this thinking it might "fix itself"(updating or such), so its been like this for a few days now. I have no page errors. Please advise on possible problem/solution, ty. I've noticed this as well, but it's weird that it seems to appear just on some boards. Anyway, a possible solution could be that you put the code below in your custom CSS field (Styles / Color / CSS Stylesheet) and submit.
