How to make stickies?

I'm not sure if I just can't find it or It's just not there for what reason...

Yea the sticky option is in a bad spot. When you make a post go to "Options" expand it down and there it is. Or you can do edit. I wish they had it in the mod tools

You need to edit the first post from a topic are start a new topic. Then click the "+" icon next to the options tab to expand like I highlighted in this screenshot
