Forum won't create

I'm trying to create a forum but whenever I fill out all the fields and then click on "Discover Your Forum", I go to a white screen. After waiting for a while I refreshed the page and it took me back to the page where I filled out the details of my forum. When I try to create the same forum again it says the name and email are already in use, but, whenever I search for the forum address that I put it just takes me to the forumotion main page that says "Create a Free Forum". I've tried making 3 other forums now and encounter the same problem every time. Sorry if it doesn't exactly make sense, I don't know how else to explain it.

This is a database issue sometimes encountered when creating a forum. Could you Provide the link of the forum in question ? I'll forward it to the pro-admin.
