Help With Pinning a Thread

Hi, I'm new to this kind of forum host, and so far, it's been pretty exciting finding all the new features. But I need help with something. I'm having trouble finding out how to sticky a thread? Can someone help me?

You need to either edit the first post of a topic or when you create a new topic.After you add all the informations(Topic title, message) scroll down bellow the page until you find the Options section. Then click on the "+" icon that I highlighted in the picture and then choose either Normal, Sticky or Announcement".
