voting system for every comment

Hi,
I created here a forum in Greek language in order to discuss important things within a given community and to make important decisions altogether. I would like to have a voting system for every comment and every topic and only registered users to be able to vote. I found a module for a terrific 5 -star voting system here : http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=70&t=645855
Can I add this module in my forumotion forum?
Is there any different way to make a voting system?
Please help!!
