Gallery thumbnail

I created a gallery and added an image for a preview. I deleted that image because I wanted to change it. Now no matter what image I upload, it goes back to that same old picture.

I thought it was a cache problem, but I tried from another computer and even had a friend try it. We both saw the same old image.

I'm not yet at my limit of space for images. What can I do?
