Problem With Categories of my forum! Empty Problem With Categories of my forum!

I have a problem with my categories...I just add them from the admin panel but they don't appear in my forum!! Look These Photos!

You can see these categories here in Admin Panel!:

You need to change how your forums are laid out on the home page. Go to admin panel->general->hierarchy. The hierarchy link is in the homepage section. There you can choose a style that shows the different levels of forums. There are six options, choose the one that you think looks best.
