how do i remove the bar under my nav button (look above that blue bar under the links after the banner) if cannot be removed i will just color it same as my bg so is that possible to

it can be removed if you copy/paste the following code into your CSS text field in "Styles / Colors / CSS":

Can't see a possibility to delete the "time" and "last visit" sorry. But you can of course delete the search box with following CSS code:
