I am with problems in the control panel. He seems that it is in Russian, being that before it was all in Portuguese, who is my language. How I make to come back in Portuguese another time?

i think somewhere in the admin panel there's a language button. Change that to portugese if u find it ill look and see if there is one. Because some1 might have changed your language or you might have done it by accident.
