Default Time Problem...

hello...i was very tired to set my forum's default time...i'm from malaysia, so i want to set it based on Malaysia time...i want to set it 12 hours format...i don't want 24 hours format..but i had try so many times but this problem always happen...the time frequently appears 24 hours format...

I remind that double posting isn't tolerated unless separated by 24 hours(Use the edit button)

Did you changed the time format from admin panel=>General=>Configuration=>configuration from the "Date format" menu? Also change it from Profile=>Preferences tab( in your nav bar)

Help daylight saving again and in South Australia we change to Central Australia Summer Time GMT +10 and a half hours unfortunately this is not one of the time choices. Is it posible to set this up please especially as it appears time inconsistencies may be a major cause of the jumping that occurs in the Chat Box.
