Opaque Topic Boxes, CBox background, etc;

Okay, what is the way to make all topic posts, boxes, and forum items opaque rather than see through? I don't want to remove the background, but it makes the words hard to see. Here:

Update, the background was temporarily changed due to member complaints

It appears that you have your forum down for maintenance. Is there any way you can take it off maintenance so i could test some CSS values.

If you cant take it off maintenance then could you create a test account with the correct permissions to view the forum.
