How Can I make a new Column or split Column 2?(on 40% and 20%). Is it possibly and how?

if its what im thinking of you need to got to,

admin panel
now click on modules
now click configuration on the left hand side

and you should find what your looking for on that page

This is what I want...

not possible all together always have to 100% and its limited to 3 columns no way around it. to change the size of the 3 columns go to portal configuration, than click the cocktag. or the gear w/e
