why i can not turn off all ads?

After I turn off ads, guest can see it, I want turn off all, How i can do that?

You can only turn the ads off for Guests if you buy points.If you have points go to admin panel=>Misc=>Points management=>Configuration and click the "Add" button next to this option "The ads are not disabled.".You can buy points by clicking the "Buy points" button from the same page.

Go to your Admin Panel >> General >> Configuration, scroll down under General heading and click No to Allow Banner Adds >> click No to "Ads are disabled. If you wish to contribute, you can activate theme by yourself thanks to this option."

Edited to add. I see that Luky gave a different answer. I am going to check into this. But while I do this, check the settings that I mentioned above and see if that works.

Edited again to add. I found out that Luky is correct here. Apparently the adds that you are speaking of and the ones that I am speaking of, are completely different things. Sorry for any confusion.
