Modify Pictures (table, Header) Empty Modify Pictures (table, Header)

When ever i edit the header it goes to the tables or when i edit the tables it does nothing and it keeps changing back and forth Sad

something totally wrong here Sad
And after a while i keep trying i get this image at the top Sad

But i shouldn't have gone through these issues Sad
