Image within the Forum title, not beneath it - possible?

I know I can add an image to a forum by adding the url in the 'Modify a Forum' section, but this puts the image beneath the title. Is there a script that will allow the image to be inserted in the Description box to put the image next to (ie to the left of) the forum title. I've tried the [img] tags, but these don't seem to work. Is it text only for the description?

In the description box you can add HTML codes. Try this code

Apologies if my query wasn't clear, I think I've refered to the wrong box on the forum set-up screen.
I'm ok with adding images in either the image url dialogue box and in the Description box too, but what I meant to ask is whether the Forum Name box allows HTML too, to allow the image to appear before the forum name when viewing the forum live. If the links put in the image url or description box, the image shows immediately below the forum name and looks a mess, so I'd like (if possible), to have the image and name on the same line. I suspect this isn't possible but welcome your advice.
