"Log in" box drop-down from Toolbar.

Hello!

Recently I installed the Tagging and Notification System on my forum. My question is about changing the Log in feature from the Notifications Toolbar.

Is there a way to change the Log in so that when you click it, you get a box up top to log in to? As it is now, clicking Log in in the Notifications bar merely takes you to the same log in spaces that you would go to if you clicked the "log in" on the navigation bar. That is not an improvement and requires one more keystroke, at the minimum. As well as that, many computer screens do not display those spaces and the user has to scroll down to see them.

If a box were displayed up top, when you click "Log in" on the toolbar, it would look so much better and up-to-date. Is there code to accomplish this?
