newPM and Register buttons

Can anyone help me with this buttons:

and

can anyone make this button animated.
Ex. for new PM blinking whie and red color...and the register before registration blink white and red color.Or other color like blue, green...

I want same stile but only the letter change color. Can anyone make that???

the one suegreatdanes did is "huge" the transparency on both sides is not needed, here is my version of it.

hahaha! This was my first button edit too and thank you for the kind words.

How do I know about the transparency size? Does this effect the forum layout in anyway?
