Personalised profile question

Is it possible to create a personalised profile which will enable a member to change the points of other members but not the points of himself? If this is possible, how do I do that? Thanks in advance.

general--> profiles--> create a personal profile

then you can set it that way

I don't think this is possible. You can choose between the following permissions to edit a field: "Admin", "Moderator", "Member himself" and "all members".
