I would like to add a section to my forums where I can post Pdf files for viewing, Can this be done?

We do not allow bumping/double posting unless separated by 24 hours.

There is not a way to do that. BUT a solution could be to get a freewebs account to upload your pdf files to, and provide the link on your forum.
