Some members can't acces the private group some can ?

I've made a hidden private lounge for some of my members, i added them into a group but now there saying they can't see it on the main forum page or it won't let them into the private lounge ?

when i go back to my groups and look at the members there already in the group so it's not because i haven't added them, and plus some of the members in the group can access the private forum

any ideas staff ?

Check your permissions for the private forum, and make sure that it is open to view, read, reply, write for the group.
