Text shade feature accessable to other forums members?

I may have explained this wrong on the previous post.

In addition to the hue selection feature I wanted others to be able to choose freely on a list of text-shadows just like hue selection list.
Might it be possible for me to add a bonus edit option to the list?

I may also want to change the icons displayed when editing a post.
