Close litigation broken link

Hi,
Can I just start by saying that I don't want to close the litigation at all
I reported a forum http://www.kitopen.com/ based off of forumotion for posting adfly links on other peoples content, insulting/swearing at minors and getting members of the community (including myself) to engage in sexual conversations and I asked for the forum to be removed (at their own discretion) for the sake of the young ones that are there (its a community for 10-18 year olds). I was wrong about the adfly links (apparently its a forumotion problem/people add them themselves) however the point of insulting/swearing at several minors and getting some of them involved in sexual conversations still stand. However when I tried to click on the link to make sure that it hadn't been closed, the link is broken and just says the page isn't found. Does this mean the litigation is closed and I need to make another form or is this a glitch?

Yes it probably means that your litigation is closed. You can try to make another one but if it is the same in every way it would probably be rejected as the former one was. Maybe your litigation needs more evidence to be validated.
