chatbox not visible

hello.... im not able to see chatbox in my homepage. In admin panel also in ADDITiON/EXISTING MODULES there was earlier chatbox written but now is not... plz help....

Same has happened to mine

chatbox are down atm, maybe they gonna put it back soon.

chatbox is back now... i guess it was sum forumtion prob goin on...kk tx

My chatbox gone too and I think the the technicians are checking on it.

My Chat Box is Back Up- But I think since the Techs Were working on them they needed to Disable Everyone's Chat Box.

My chatbox is back now and it is things are better a bit.

My Chatbox is still down. Any news on when it will be restored?

The forum doesnt need to be filled with topics about the same thing.

Perhaps you could point those of us that didn't see the "topic posted 2 times" in that direction so that we know what's going on. I apologize for not being an expert on these matters like yourself. Sorry Jamie, but your response was rude when there were obviously members who were looking for answers. That is what this forum is for, right?

mine disappeared too...I had to go into admin panel and re-enable it...seems to be back working now

It's working now and it is better but there are still some glitches sometimes

Same here. I re enabled and there was a message that they were working on it. A couple of hours later it was working again. Thanks for your reply.

Red Dragon if you did a search about the problem you would have found the posts.

No biggie but this problem with the chat box has been on going and the tech are incredibly slow on fixing it. Instead they give us a bunch of lame updates and buy some dull forum links.

I actually did a search and that's how I found this thread, thus the reason I was a little upset with the first response I got. No matter. It's fixed for now and we should probably just let it die. Thank you for your reply though.

RedDragon, you would not have been able to find the main post about this as this particular issue was not listed in the title. It was a problem that was combined with the forums running slow. Which I moved to the techs. So it would be easily missed by others.
