Forum image resize and web page link problem

Hello. How i can add image code in forum ? Something like BB code (like here - Enlarge this image Click to see fullsize). Look my page: Image I want to make it smaller and fullscreen. Now half image does not advisable in topic.

Second question about links. Problem is that unregistered users can't see some links in forum. I don't understand why ? It's some limitation or a do something wrong ? For ex. FLATLAND TRICKS LIST shown in page but a normal user don't see it like a web page url. Only i can see it and i can open it because i'm administrator.

There is some url limits in one post ?

Hello there, you just have to make a default size for all uploaded images.

Admin Panel -> General -> Messages and e-mails -> Configuration -> Messages -> Image Resize
