Hi, I have a problem that is kinda hard to explain so i will try my best.
When a user signs up to my forum they must enter their age, I am wanting to know that if it is possible for everyone over the age of 13 that signs up, can they be put into the 13 and over group or do I have to do this manually.
I have a group called V.I.P. and it is for 13 years and older. So when someone over the age of 13 signs up can they be automatically put in the V.I.P. group.

I don't think so...

I know you can set it by post count and things like that, but I don't know about automatically age...you could just ask them once they join! Wink

You will have to assign them to a VIP group manually. There's no way it can be done automatically.

I do BELIEVE that it is in permissions. I am not sure, but i would check there.

and yes, sorry not possible about the V.I.Ps BUT you should suggest it.

Moderators can't place a member into a group. This can only be done by the administrator and the Group-Moderators. You have one Group-Mod per group, and you can change him by editing the group in your Admin panel (Users & Groups / Groups). Smile
