access to view that page!?!?!?! HELP Empty access to view that page!?!?!?! HELP

So Most of my users if not all of them when they go to enter any of our forums it says that they don't have access to that page or they are authorized to view that page? it happened once before for only for like 10 mins well this is going on the WHOLE DAY! Everyone is very upset and I can find anything wrong.

Some of them are also having issues with just getting a blank white page?

Please help me ASAP!!! Thanks!
