Hello.
I was wondering if there is an option in the control panel that will show the topic title above the username that posted in a category.
I'm pretty sure that my explanation wasn't very good so here is a screenshot of what i mean:
Topic title? [Solved] Topictitle

I want the title of the last topic replied in the green letter area.
Can this be done somehow?

Admin panel=>General=>Homepage=>Hierarchy and look for this option "Show the last topic titles on index" and choose Yes.

I 've made a new group.How can i make people automatically in this group when they register to the forum?

Sorry but you can't automatically add members to a group. You will have to do this manually.
