I want to handle IP addresses on my own.Is there a setting , so my moderators cant see ip addresses?thank you.

Sorry but no. You could hide the IP address button from posts so that the moderators won't be able to see a posters IP address but admins won't be able to see it either.

to hide the ip image go to admin panel-> styles ->list of pictures
find the ip button and delete it and save

In the list of pictures you will find a link "see examples", there should be some default images for the ip button as well.

acp-display-Pictures and Colors(Pics management)-choose advanced mode-buttons (find ip)
