how do i remove my site completley from google?

But you can make restriction by using meta tag 'robot'.

i did that but it dosent help..
i still have those google bot's..

It needs time,on me it taked 2 days to remove google url

i need to press the second option? i mean that my site gives a dead link? cuze it dosent, so maybe they will check that and then wont remove it.

Well, probably you should contact google if you want to remove something from their service?
