can't find chatbox option in backofice

Hi there,

i've read through this forum and saw that the option to activate the chatbox must be in the general admin -configuration...But all that i'm looking, i can't find it in my backoffice Sad

is the chatbox available for all forums or just special one's and that it is that why i can't find the chatbox in my backoffice to activate?

it might be activated, make sure to change it to SHOW AT BOTTOM or SHOW AT TOP. as it is defaulted to DO NOT SHOW

then i first need to find it...because tas i can see it...there is no optin at all about the chatbox....i don't see anything in my backoffice about the chatbox

Oh Ok. LOL no problem!

Well go to general--> chatbox--> enable--> SAVE--> DISPLAY CHAT BOX AT ___ (top or bottom) --> Save

i also saw somewhere on the forum to click on configuration and then on chatbox...but also done that and no chat there also..so the same as you..i really don't know where i can find it elsewhere...hope luky/travis or someone else can help me on it... Wink

That Administraton Panel looks Fimiliar to me.

When I had a phpBB Forum hosted by miumu.com thats what the Administraton Panel looked like.

Sorry but I can't help you with this because the Forumotion Admin Panel is different from yours Embarassed

Just so you know you do have a phpBB forum- it is just different than an forumotion issued one.

You could try going to the miumu Help Board or Try Contacting them?
