uhm.. it' so hard to describe... It like a drop menu! but when moveing on the web.. It flows to our mouse!

i see what you means, its called drop down menu. but, sorry to say we can not apply that here since that features not provided by forumotion host.
but if your insist to apply that maybe you can try jump box. with little trick, its should be work

Yes, it's totally possible, but you need a script for it. This one is created by hoangcun:
It's very good, but can be used only in phpBB2 forums. There is a part you can edit, so set it as you want.

esle?.. I means When we move the mouse to the menu... IT'll appear..but that code doesn't appear!
