I try to make this option (maybe like this forum of the forum style), i used

with that i can make step 1, but i can't make the step-2 where i must change to the right section, and i had try with

To create someting like this, you should first go to Admin Panel --> General --> Homepage --> Configuration. In the in the Homepage Message, click on +Html (). Now I wills how you the example to create the same thing as this forum has:

Than, type the following:
