Importing a Spreadsheet

Hi again.

As the title suggests, I've been wondering how to import a spreadsheet. I found out how to add one, but I have 20 days worth of info on one I've made with microsoft spreadsheets, and I was hoping I wouldn't have to copy manually it all into one on the forum...just copy and paste it. Is there a way to do that? Thanks for your time,

I think you need to explain what a spread sheet is...
i know what a stylesheet but not spread... although it brings excel to mind

yes, exactly, a table. Just columns and rows

cant you just export the data to html from the software yo use to create it & then upload it somewhere and use an iframe?

thats asuming you dont want the data in a post but on webpage of its own!
