My Avatar Won't Show Up In My Forums

The avatar I want to use is the one I am currently using here for these forums. However I've modified the picture several times to make sure it was within the right width and height specifications and even checked the file size to make sure it should be able to work. Unfortunately, it still won't show and this makes me rather sad. I've tried to upload other avatars and they worked fine. But I really wish to use this one. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem could be and possibly how to fix it?

I've already tried to save it as a 'gif' in order to try a different format. However the issue seems to persist. I typically use 'gif' or 'jpeg' as my main format types. I also created another avatar (today in fact) and it is seeing the same issue however its twin image is working fine (by that I mean it actually uploaded and shows). My only other option seems to be to link off-site however...that's another issue I'm needing to work on in regards to my e-mail (don't ask, long story).

I'd appreciate that considering right now I can't log into my photobucket account cause I don't remember my pass. Not to mention the e-mail it's linked to contact me at is the one I haven't been able to access for a month or so now cause I made such an awesome pass...I don't remember it completely correctly.

Save the Image to your computer and click browse to open it...If you cant do that, then I will do it for you and give you the link...Paste the picture on here and I will do it for you...
