how do i make special ranks in colored for whos online?

how can i make special ranked users name in color? like for admins and mods

Go to Users and Groups>Group Administration>Make a Moderator group and then choose a number and click Colorize Usernames and click yes...

Then, go to Users and Groups> User Settings> Find Colorize usernames Enabled? and click Yes

That should do it...
