Hmm.. there are some problems with this. Are you trying to have an image that is also a hyperlink to take you somewhere else? I'm guessing that is what you are trying to do Uber has given you close to what you need to do, but you can't use a php page in the img tag, it won't work, it needs to be an image, like jpg or gif, or png. Here is the basics on how to do it

You can use the width and height if you need the image to show up as a different size than it already is, and the alt is used if you want something to show up in case the picture doesn't exist. Also the target='_blank' will force the click to open the url in a new window, so depending on if you want that or not you could add that. If you are still having problems let us know. If you could give me the url to the site and the url to the image I could give you exactly what you need.
