New user registration

Im wondering if there is a way that i can make them so i have to approve them
so when someone registers say i get an email and then have to manually approve them

Just go to admin panel->users & groups->user settings. Here you should see a option for new accounts activation. You have the option to set it as user, or admin. If you set it as user the user gets the email to activate the account. If you have it set to admin you get the email as new members register, then you activate it manually.

I tried to follow your instructions, but I can´t find "settings" after "admin panel->users & groups->user". Any ideas?

Look at the menu to the left, there should be an option "User Settings". Probably you have the simple-mode activated, so find the button (at the admin panel home for example) to switch to advanced mode. This will bring up more options for your admin panel, among others also the "User Settings".

yes but it gose to the founders email address? is there an option were you can choose were it gose?

you can find email settings in General messages and emails.

depending on whether you have Admin or mods to receive activation email, whichever is ticked will receive email. if you have more than one admin, all of them receive it.
