The only way to get the javascript on each page easily is if you have paid to get template editing capabilities. If you have, you can just add it to the templates and it will show up everywhere. If you don't have template editing you can still get it to show up a few places, but not everywhere. Your portal, homepage, each of the forum categories, etc. all have places where you can put html, so you can just add your javascript there. I do this for my analytics tracking, so it doesn't show up on every page, but at least on the main ones that people will be visiting.

Like I said before, you can add the javascript to some of the pages, but not all, without templates. Sure you can add it to your own html page, but that only makes the javascript work on that page and that page only. If you want javascript to work on every page, you have to add it to every page, and there is no way to do that unless you can edit the templates.

I don't know what you mean about adding your html page within your forum posts.
